Our logo has a lot of black text on it. If we leave the background transparent, per recommendation of Zoho, when a user is viewing a file and turns on dark mode, our logo is not really visible and looks really weird. 

It would be really great if we could upload two logos, one logo that is used in Light Mode and one that is used in Dark Mode. That way when someone switches to dark mode, they get our dark mode logo and see it clearly still. Our current workaround is to use a white background on the logo itself, but I think in the ideal world, having the two logo options would work really nicely!
