issues downloading the blackberry app
I am contacting you because we are having trouble uploading the blackberry app to my boss's phone. I have contacted support several times. He has a newer blackberry with all the right settings. I was able to set up the app on my blackberry and it is much older than his phone. Whenever i follow the directions that were given to me it keeps going back to the instruction page but it never moves forward from there. The links that I am supposed to click within the picture of the phone to start the install don't work on his phone.
