"It Works!"

"It Works!"

I have talked to Google support about my domain multiple times and they aren't helpful at all. The problem I am having is whenever I go to my site with and without the www, it displays "It Works!" on the top left. I can access my site on my phone, but on every desktop I try to access it, it just does "It Works!"

I've had this problem with two other web hosting services so I know the issue with with the host. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Clearing cache and cookies doesn't work and I've had a bunch of different people located in different cities try to access my website and it only shows "It Works!"
