Items purchased history by customer
I have Zoho Inventory. My sales rep needs to be able to see a list of items purchased history within the customer details. Now we can only see a list of invoices that we can click on. How can I get Item History for the customer to display? Can I place a web hook to have this report be an option in the customer details?
Also the Items sold reports filtered by customer does not offer an Invoice field in display options. Without the invoice and date the information is rather incomplete.
