Its really too bad


I just spent 2 hours trying to get used to your "productivity tools", because I REALLY wanted to get away from Google docs. However, I am realizing that your solution is simply not there, which will cause me to abandon you as a client. Its a real shame.

Some of the problems I have encountered over these 2 hours:

- MS Office plug-in is giving me error messages
- Files uploaded through the plug-in appear in Sheet but NOT in Start. There is no way to synch Sheet and Start.
- I even tried saving the uploaded sheet under a different name... I get a confirmation that the sheet was saved, but it really wasn't and all I am left with is the previous version of the sheet which still doesn't appear in Start
- No option to password protect or freeze panes
- Slow, unstable performance
- No option to contact you for support

I really wanted this to work, but productivity tools are supposed to save me time, not make me waste time... and unfortunately, this is what you have just managed to do.
