Hope someone can help. We are a service delivery company and I am trying to keep track of each technicians completion percentage as the day goes on. The "starting Services" column is the amount of services they start the day with, then we export from our CRM to dropbox hourly to get the "services completed" number, then also a formula for the % complete. The problem i am having is that the "services completed" column references the total number of services completed between all technicians, and does not just give the number each individual technician has completed. dealing with support over the phone has been extremely frustrating, i hope someone can point me in the right direction to fix it.
