Journeys and reminder loops
Hello - I am new to Zoho Marketing Automation and have a couple of questions...
1. For the main trigger event. I want to assign an email list to a journey. Would I start with an Open Email trigger (if so, where do I assign the list?), or an On List Entry trigger?
2. I was adding reminder loops, but am a little confused about how they work - I'm assuming "unresponsive" means that the person didn't open the email, so they then get a reminder email, but then what happens? It looks like it goes to a second path which I moved to end the journey, but I want to make sure that's the case and they aren't getting sent reminder after reminder. I also get a warning that I need to assign a trigger when I try to click on "add content". How do I use these correctly? Is there a tutorial out there?
3. Also, for the reminder loop, or any other response - is there a way to add a response if they reply directly to the email? In this instance, I would want to end their journey so they didn't continue getting those emails.
