JQuery Ascensor - how to pass variables to same floor

Hi to everyone, i’m using Jquery Ascensor Plugin and I have this problem. I must put a <form> on an Acensor’s page or floor or section as you like What is the right action on <form action=???> to reload the same floor passing post variables without reloading the entire site?

And also how can i pass GET variables by reloading the same floor even without reloading the entire site? for example with the tag a href

Sure it would be really easy to do, but i’m not expert on jquery and for me it’s really hard :crying:.
