If Richard is sharing a customer's computer, and he needs to show the customer something on his computer, he can reverse the screen, which is great! However, Richard would prefer that the customer NOT be able to control his mouse and keyboard and only view his screen? I didn't see any setting for this? 

Apologies if I am asking "training" questions, but after cursory investigation, I didn't see any of those functions.
