Kickstarting email marketing 2020 with new updates from Zoho Campaigns

Dear users,

Along with wishing you a happy and prosperous 2020, we're here to announce some exciting updates to simplify your email marketing process.

One key aim we resorted to is to help you achieve more in less time and with better focus. The creative enhancements we've made in Zoho Campaigns reflect this, and you can be prepared to increase your customer engagement just as 2020 gets started!

Here's a quick walk-through of our updates:

Email campaign updates:

1. One-page campaign creation:
No more moving across different tabs and screens before you create and deliver your campaign—with just a single scroll, get to do everything in one go. Our simplified UI has just one screen to help you set up a campaign, choose templates, select recipients, and finally schedule/send.

2. The editor face-lift: Whether you drag and drop your components, change the font size, or add a background color—do it with the utmost convenience. By selecting an individual section in the template layout, you can make edits to the content or images using the text and image properties tabs on your left-side screen.

Additionally, there's an option to bookmark your frequent or favorite components so that they can be pulled into any campaign in the future, without hassles.

Email automation updates:

3. Contextual workflow components: Now, setting up instant messages through SMS, and asking your audience about their suggestions, interests, or feedback through surveys, can easily be done with workflows. Just drag and drop the SMS or Survey component, and build your flow contextually.

4. Conditional wait times: Thinking to tailor your workflow based on very-specific conditions? With our new wait time criteria, you'll not only be able to set up unique delay periods between messages, but also do this based on criteria, so that your workflows are designed in a targeted manner.

5. Popup forms for websites: Embed popup forms on your website to convert the website visitors into contacts. Like signup forms, you can associate popup forms with mailing lists so that contacts will be automatically added, as soon as they subscribe. You can choose between the standard form which takes up a specific screen space or a blanket form which occupies the entire screen space.

We hope you enjoy your campaigning experience this 2020 with these interesting updates. Stay tuned to all the others in the store!

Regards,

Aishwarya
