KPI will not update

KPI will not update

KPIs have been set with the rules that are changed in the CRM.  I want to use this feature, but it is not updating.

eg. A certain dealer list status I want counted is not updating.  If there are 10 marked, it still shows 0 in the KPI.

Please advise.
