This service is currently not an option for us because we are not able to enter in credit card details ourselves, then run the payments through Authorize.net within Invoice, CRM, Books.
Our salespeople collect the payment information over the phone, so in order for this to work for us, we would need to be able to run payments from within Zoho Invoice/Books or Zoho CRM, and automatically run recurring monthly payments.
This is a MAJOR FLAW.
Since the integration is there and the database tables are already there, I don't see this being too difficult to implement. You would just need to add the fields to the customer forms in Zoho Invoice, Books or CRM.
This seems to be a major problem with Zoho, across all products. I'm not sure if it's laziness, or just a gross disconnect with fundamental elements that make software function for real businesses, but we're about to cancel our account across multiple Zoho products due to the unwillingness to provide support and lack of functionality, along with a general unwillingness to improve.
Whenever we have an issue, we generally get the feeling that your people do not know how to use your systems and that they really do not care that there are bugs or major system flaws. When choosing a long-term technology partner, we need to work with a company that gives us the "we got your back" feeling, and Zoho falls WAY short.
This is my official notice: make an attempt to make this system work for us, or we take or $25k/yr + account elsewhere!
