Hi Survey,

I am very new to Survey and can't find any information on the following

When using Survey using Distribution>Email and provided some email addresses to "Launch" I can't find a way of adding extra email addresses, without doing a full Launch again?

There doesn't seem to be any way to white label my distribution email?  I have the Pro version and can't insert our logo in the header.

The Save and Continue Later email template functionality is incredibly poor.  I don't even get the same functionality as the distribution email in my attempts to white label this.

I have duplicated a Survey and the "Save Later" button doesn't appear.  Even if I turn the option off and on again and change the options or text of the button it doesn't appear in my cloned preview but does in my original.

Multiple Choice has Square tick boxes, and Single Choice has circles.  Can I make these the same?
