Launching a Zoho Form from CRM record that pre-fills a form field with information from the CRM record

I am trying to create a button on my Zoho CRM Account module that will launch a Zoho Form that I created.   I would like the Account Number from the CRM record that the form is launched from to pre-fill in the Zoho form as I am using that to integrate the information collected back into our CRM system to trigger task creation on that Account record. How can this be accomplished? Using the field alias option in Zoho Form does not appear to work for this as it will not allow me to create a field alias for the field that I have set as the Zoho CRM advanced field.
