Hi, we have noticed that both the list view and Kanban view are using the lazy load option instead of pagination with no way to turn it off and use the normal pagination.

In fact, the lazy load has created some drawbacks, for example:

- In the list view, we don't know if you are seeing the full list or just part of it unless you scroll down to the bottom of the list.
- If pagination is available, will be able to easily see how many current jobs/requests you do have and set the number to see on each page, for example, 25, 50 or 100

- In the Kanban view, you need to scroll to the max right to see the rest of the cards
