Is there lead tracking in Bigin? There should be.

Is there a way to track leads before they are ready to be added to Pipelines? I'm afraid we're going to lose opportunities. 

Example: 
We're sending out small batches of 25 emails to those we collected at tradeshows. They are all qualified leads. Out of the 25 maybe only 1 will respond. 

I need to be able to pull up the 24 that didn't respond and then easily send a followup email perhaps with a different message and subject line.  This should be easy to pull them up and schedule a followup. 

For the 1 that did respond, I need a dashboard that tells me which contacts I'm in active communication with. 

I can't find anything like this. Should I put that 1 in a pipeline anyway? What about the others? Even if there is no way to create reports, there needs to be a record of communications on each contact record. 

How else can we tract these activities so leads don't get lost and forgotten? 

FYI, just discovered that if you do turn each one into a deal, you need to have imap connected to Zoho in order to get some reporting from Mail into Pipelines. I did that and now I can at least see the email thread, so that's good.
