Hi,
We are a company with employees all over the world. Currently when we hire someone, the employee will get a default of 21 days for the annual leave.
For the same leave type, can I define different entitlement based on the location. As soon as one employee from Romania will be hired, he will get 21 days when an employee from Canada will only get 15 days.
We do not want to define a leave type per location.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
