leaving spreadsheets idol while doing other work


I'm on a Mac using firefox. When I leave a spreadsheet idol for a while to work on a different task (which I believe is typical when working on a project), then come back to it later I get a pop up window with the error message "The server has encountered a problem. Reopen the spreadsheet and try again." When I click ok it I get a second pop up with the message "Error 500: Internal Server Error. Kindly reopen the file and try again." Then when I click on the ok button the same popup message comes up several times. One time I had to force quite my browser to get it to stop.

In order to get back in I have to go to zohosheet.zoho.com to login again. Why does this happen when I've already choosen to have zoho remember me?

While I understand the need to end my session after a reasonable period of time, I should not be getting these error messages. If I try to work on a spreadsheet after my session expires I should be taken to the initial blank spreadsheet with the list of my available spreadsheets on the right. This is where I eventually end up, but it should be where I initially end up.
