Les améliorations apportées à Zoho CRM Plus se poursuivent

Bonjour à tous,

Suite à la publication précédente, nous aborderons ici brièvement les améliorations dans SalesIQ et Social.

Améliorations dans SalesIQ

Dans SalesIQ, nous avons ajouté les fonctionnalités Chatbot et Appels audio qui vous permettront d'interagir avec les visiteurs de votre site Web.

Chatbot : Vous pouvez entrer en contact avec les visiteurs de votre site Web par le biais de bots conversationnels sur le bureau et sur mobile.


Appels audio SalesIQ : Avec les appels audio, vous pouvez interagir avec les visiteurs de votre site Web via des appels téléphoniques et convertir également les conversations en cours en appels téléphoniques. Vous pouvez même partager vos écrans avec eux.

Améliorations dans Social

Dans le module Social, nous avons ajouté les fonctionnalités suivantes
  • Intégration Google My Business
  • Analyses améliorées dans les réseaux sociaux
  • Publicités à formulaire Facebook et mappage CRM
  • Options de publication intelligentes
Intégration Google My business : Les entreprises peuvent planifier et publier les messages sur leurs comptes Google My Business grâce aux boutons CTA. Elles seront également en mesure d’afficher et de répondre aux avis reçus sur leurs référencements et de gérer leur présence sur plusieurs emplacements à l'aide de Zoho Social.


Analyses améliorées dans les réseaux sociaux : Dans la nouvelle interface, les rapports dans le module Social afficheront des ensembles de données et des graphiques comme la croissance de l'audience, l'engagement sur les publications, les performances, et la portée et l’impression.


Publicités à formulaire Facebook et mappage CRM : Cette amélioration vous permet de mapper 20 champs différents, y compris les champs personnalisés dans CRM avec Facebook. Elle permet également de suivre de nouveaux prospects, à la fois payants et organiques depuis les formulaires Prospects. Vous pouvez également exécuter de nouvelles campagnes de publicité à formulaire depuis Zoho Social avec la nouvelle intégration Facebook Light-weight.

Options de publication plus intelligentes dans Social :

  1. Files d'attente de publications plus intelligentes : Répartissez les publications tout au long de la semaine ou du mois en les ajoutant à une file d'attente prédéfinie avec CustomQ.

  2. Plug-in de navigateur zShare : Personnalisez les publications pour différents canaux de médias sociaux (c.-à-d. 280 caractères pour un tweet et 2200 caractères pour Instagram). Vous pouvez également les planifier ou les publier simultanément sur différents canaux.
