Leverage "Most Engaged" User Data in Zoho Social and CRM

Greetings!

It is cool to see a list of "Most Engaged" in my Zoho Social Connections tab. If you take a closer look, however, how can you really leverage such information? Of course, you can click on a name and maybe drop them a word of thank you. But you can't do it individually for hundreds of active fans, right? Wouldn't it make sense to somehow pass that engagement data to CRM in a quantified format? 

We can already see the comments in the CRM leads/contacts' Social related list ("likes" are missing there, regretfully). If we had a counter of both comments and likes for that CRM lead/contact, imagine how cool it would be to create a custom CRM view of the most engaged and then mass-email them that "thank you" note or anything else appreciative/interactive. They are already being captured by Zoho Social, it's a matter of thoughtful passing that info further.

I'm looking even further, though. I'm trying to create my own loyalty program rewarding clients for various interactions with my studio. Those likes and comments could also be nicely converted into reward points to encourage even greater engagement!
