Likert Scale & inverse questions
I Found this post from 7 years ago - I have the same issue. Is there a solution now?

I really like the look and feel, and ease of use of Zoho Survey, but need to reverse score a likert question, then total and average a number of non-consecutive likert questions. How do I do this in Zoho Survey?"
