Limit on Scheduled Maintenance

Limit on Scheduled Maintenance

I see there is a 200/500 limit on scheduled maintenance.

In most manufacturing companies, preventive maintenance is done on ALL key equipment.  In addition all equipment that measures something is also calibrated/maintained on a scheduled basis.

The client I am working with now has over 200 pcs of measuring equipment alone, and it is a small business with less than 30 employees.   This limit is just not realistic.  We should be able to allocate a scheduled maintenance to all of our assets.

Also, when the work orders are generated, do we not need to create appointments for them?

Would this not count against our appointment limit?

I guess it does go back to this pricing model a bit, but the limits that are in place are not even close to feasible.

Just wanted to share.
