Link entries in timeline to activities
Currently the timeline simply shows a list of the different types of activities with the time, date and contact details.
However, those entries are not linked to the activities.
So for example, you see that a call has been made or email has been sent but you can't click on that entry to get to the details.

You have to go to the activities and find the correct entry there, open it and only then you see the details.
(Yes you could go directly to activities but user behaviors are different.)
It would be very helpful if you could jump from the timeline entry directly into the corresponding activity.
