Linked account two different services?

I see on an account two serivces linked to google apps in zoho account.

acountx@domain.com GAPPS

acountx@domain.com GOOGLE

In the first time we use "Google Apps for Business" today we make a downgrade to "Google Apps Standar".

This "double linked" on Zoho Account can be a problem?

In Zoho we use CRM and Project pay versions.
