Linking custom module from Zoho CRM with Zoho Desk Support Ticket
Hello,
We have created a custom module called "Assets" in Zoho CRM. This module contains information about hardware products that we sell customers included serial numbers, testing, log files, etc. It is linked with an Account and Customer.
Is it possible to make the Assets information available in other Zoho apps? For example,
1. When a customer opens a ticket in Zoho Desk, we would like the ability link this to a specific Asset / serial number
2. We would like the ability to associate issues in Zoho Projects with specific Assets.
