Linking external data -- Please provide valid dataurl.

I do have a valid data url.  It was linking external fine using this url until I decided to make a change.  It lets you go through the entire wizard.
 
Provide data (HTML with URL)
select data (the tables appear fine with the correct data and let you select the ones you want)
select location (no issue)
schedule (now or schedule both have issues)
 
When you select DONE I get the error 'Please provide a valid dataurl.'  I never use to receive this error for this same URL.
 
Here is the URL.  Again, it has been working fine until I decided to make a change to my spreadsheet recently. (All I did was change the data in the url to get a different date range.  Changing it back to the original range still produces the same error.)  Any ideas?
