L'intégration des applications et extensions Marketplace avec Zoho One



Bonjour à tous,
Dans cet article, nous allons découvrir le Marketplace de Zoho One.
Zoho Marketplace est une plateforme en ligne d'applications métier proposant plus de 1000 extensions et applications personnalisées prêtes à l'emploi qui renforcent les fonctionnalités de base de vos applications Zoho et vous permettent d'en faire plus avec les outils que vous utilisez. Ils vous permettent de connecter les applications Zoho avec les autres applications de votre organisation sans avoir à coder !

Par exemple, Unbabel pour Zoho Desk, permet de traduire automatiquement les tickets de support client et de répondre dans la langue du pays des clients, ce qui vous permet d'offrir une expérience de support client multilingue. Vous pouvez ainsi assister vos clients étrangers dans leur langue native et réparer un gros désavantage.

Marketplace Zoho One
Le Marketplace de Zoho One est catégorisé en deux : les applications et le service Téléphonie. Pour en savoir plus sur la téléphonie, lisez cet article.
Depuis les applications vous pouvez intégrer les applications cloud de Zoho ou tierces pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de votre entreprise. Vous pouvez gérer ces applications avec les applications Zoho et activer leur accès via Single-Sign-On (SSO).

Accéder à Marketplace Zoho One
Pour accéder aux applications Marketplace de Zoho One :
  • Allez sur l'onglet Paramètres et dans Marketplace. Ici vous allez trouver deux catégories, Applications et Téléphonie.
  • Pour une vue des applications, cliquez sur "parcourir les applications". Vous pouvez choisir parmi les deux catégories d'applications : Custom applications et Directory applications.
  • C'est ici que vous pouvez ajouter directement l'application sélectionnée.
