List of spreadsheets is now gone!
I seem to have found a bug.
When I first log in I have a list of spreadsheets on the left side of my screen. If I minimize this window (using the [x] at the top right of this window) it will slide off screen to the left. I can open and close this window fine using the arrows at the edge of the window, or the double arrow at the top left of the ZOHO window.
...BUT...
If the window is off-screen to the left and I click the ZOHO Sheet logo at the top left of the screen, the window will disappear completely and cannot be re-opened. If I log out and back in, the window is still gone - and so are all of my spreadsheets. I beleive this will also happen if I have the window off-screen and then close my browser window.
I tried clearing my cache and it does not help. This is NOT a browser issue. I access my account from 2 different PCs. I remove the window on the first one, and when I log in on the second one the window is still gone. Is there another way to bring back this window?
This is a rather urgent issue and I tried to contact your support department with this but was disconnected. HELP!
