Lite Agents in Desk

I was recently talking with the Desk team and I was informed that adding Light agents in Desk is not available with Zoho One. 

Can you possible review this and consider changes in the future?  Adding light agents would be important to my business in the coming months because I have many internal agents that would require the read only access and I would not feel comfortable or the need adding additional user licenses when I am the primary agent anyways.

        A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file.
