Live Time Zone Calendar Adjustments

Recently I've added some ideas addressing lack of basic time zone functionality in CRM calendars/invitations/reminders/notifications that I am hoping ZohoOne can take under serious advisement.  Those suggestions represent coding that would only work for multiple employees engaging from different, but static time zones. 

Should ZohoOne fix those otherwise submitted bugs first, I would further suggest real time, automatic, time zone updating on the CRM calendar, in invitations, in reminders, in notifications, in Cliq texts and so on.  Meaning, I have multiple team members that travel to multiple time zones during the workday.  None of the items listed in the previous sentence will work properly to indicate a correct time that a meeting is occurring.  I would suggest this for laptop installations and cellphone apps.
