Location mapping with RouteIQ in Zoho CRM?
Hi there,
New user to Zoho and RouteIQ here. We are trying to use RouteIQ to visualize our customers and plan our routes using our customer list that we've imported to Zoho CRM using a CSV import. We have the address listed in the account record at both the shipping and billing address, but when we go over to the RouteIQ tab and look at the Account List there, none of the accounts are able to be selected (check box is grayed out) to be added to the map and the list shows that accounts that are unmappable have a
* next to them, which happens to be every account in our system (screenshot below).
Has anyone else come across this problem? If so, is there a specific field that the address needs to be in or perhaps a particular format? Maybe a global setting somewhere that I am missing?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
