Locked out of email accounts because one time password won't deliver to phone number

Made a new account just to post on here, I have two email accounts with Zoho and I'm locked out of both of them because they use the same phone number and I'm not receiving the OTP to said number no matter how many times I press resend, I've been trying to get a OTP sent to my number all day and it's been pretty frustrating. The OTP was working fine a week and a half ago, so I don't know what's going on. I sent an email to support for zoho accounts but I don't know how long it'll take for them to reply back and I'm hoping to get some assistance on here because I really need to access my emails.
