Log Call Data in CRM?

Is is possible to automatically log calls from mobile devices that have the CRM mobile app back to CRM account AUTOMATICALLY?

I want to be able to report and view incoming/outgoing calls to contacts/leads/potentials by Agent for auditing purposes such as looking at missed calls and if they were called back etc.
