Logged out of ZOHO CRM Mobile App

Hi ZOHO Support Team,

3 of my teammates are getting logged out of the ZOHO CRM Mobile App with warning such as "Sorry! your ZOHO CRM account has been disabled" but when I look at ZOHO One admin page, they are still an active user. Please advise. Here are some screenshots from the Admin Page and log out warning.
