Looking for an update on requested/Promised Features for CRM
I was wondering if the Mobile team has an update on the introduction of some of the requested features for use with ZCRM.
Specifically:
When will we be able to log calls automatically?
When will be able to customize the views so they display the most pertinent information?
These two features are huge for improving usability (IMHO). Right now I cannot really use the mobile CRM because it is simply too much work and too distracting.
