Lookup Field not linking to Contacts on iPad or Tablet

Lookup Field not linking to Contacts on iPad or Tablet

I have created a Custom Module that has a field that does a lookup to accounts and contacts. The lookup field works when using a PC, but not when using an iPad or tablet

Does anyone have any suggestions why?
