Hi, need advise on a random issue on zoho mail.

emails were lost when sending to multiple main recipient and/or cc recipient, apparently it was random and no to specific email address. An email address received ok when it was the only recipient and no cc, but if it was part of a multiple recipient or on a cc the email might never got there, if just get lost and never received, some of the multiple main recipient might not got their copy of email, sometimes the cc did not got their copy of email.

this issue does not happens on every email to send, and not only to other email address, sometimes it also happens to zoho's email address as well.

It is a disturbing issue because we cannot certain all intended recipients receive their copies of the email every time we send emails.

We don't know if any other zoho mail users had encounter this problem.
