Mail app on iOS and push notifications

Hi,

I just upgraded from a free account to a paid 10gb account so that I could integrate my email into the Apple Mail app, and the IMAP configuration worked and my emails were loaded into the Mail app. However I have discovered that there is no "Push" option for email, only "Fetch". So basically the outcome is that the app doesn't alert me to having a new email immediately after it's sent. With test emails I sent myself I am still waiting for the app to notify me of a new email 20 minutes later.
I have since read on this forum that you can't get push notifications for some reason unknown to me...?

Can you clarify this for me please? Also if this isn't possible I'd like a refund on the subscription I've just started please because it's useless if mail isn't delivered immediately.

Thanks
