Mail Merge

I am about to give up on Zoho all together. 
Something as simple as mail merge is making me pull my hair out. I have created 2 templates 2 different ways. One was through Zoho Writer and another.... I don't even know what it was called, but it was a pain in the butt. 

Now, I go to my pipeline and select the deals I want to send an email to and select Mail Merge.
I get this

No documents found.
Click here to import mail merge template.

So, I click on import. And I can only find one of the two templates I have created. I click on it, select the template and NO WHERE is there a way to import it. Only able to edit it. 

This should not be that difficult. Fuck I am frustrated after trying to figure this out for the last 3 hrs. I do not have time to spend on such a simple task. I need to run my business.
