We've encountered some significant security and functionality concerns with Zoho Recruit's Client Portal, specifically due to its reliance on the Candidate module rather than the Application module. Here's a summary of the issues we've faced:
Confidentiality Breach Between Clients: When a candidate applies to multiple job openings across different clients, notes added by one client are visible to others. This poses a major confidentiality risk, as each client should only see notes relevant to their specific job openings.
Resume Visibility: Clients can see the latest resume the candidate uploaded, even if it was for a job opening with a different client. Resumes should be specific to the job opening and client, but the current setup only displays the most recent version.
Candidate Status Inaccuracy: The candidate's status reflects their most recent application, regardless of the job opening. This creates confusion, as clients see a status that doesn’t match their specific job opening.
These issues could be resolved if the Client Portal were based on the Application module instead of the Candidate module. Has anyone else experienced similar problems, or found workarounds?
