Major problem regarding the lack of contacts in sales orders, deliveries and invoices.

We are working on a number of Zoho One implementations where the customer wants to use the logistics components of Zoho Inventory/Books.

They have been migrated from an environment where a contact person can be linked to an address type (visiting address/shipping address/billing address) and this is automatically used as default for the order confirmation/transport information/invoice.

The customers who provide the order have several contact persons and information about the order (order confirmation), shipment (transport information) and final payment information (invoice) must therefore be sent to three different contacts/email addresses.

At the moment you can only select the main contact person automatically when sending the invoice, but that means that the order confirmation and the transport details are automatically sent to this e-mail address.

That is completely unworkable! Does anyone have the same experience or a solution?
