Major Zoho Meeting Issues

Since Covid-19 breakout, we have started using Zoho Meeting a lot and we are hosting webinars on it almost every week.

We have found some critical issues that negatively effects the experience of participants and also for hosters. Sharing these critical issues with you, if you have a chance it would be very beneficial to have some updates about these features;

At webinars
  • We can't have multiple webcams displaying. Nearly everyone have complaints about this feature.
  • We also can't see oursevles (as co-organizers) in webinars when we speak or not but participants can. This is a huge missing and also every participant have complaints about this feature too.
  • Recording always cut out at our webinars. We are having multiple recording files and missing recordings on our webinars. We've done 4 webinars and we just had 1 recording without any cut out. It is not reliable.
  • Also webinar records haven't got webcam records of the participants. We are sharing these webinars on our YouTube and Social Media channels but since we can't have webcam records on our recordings we are using a third party software to record our webinars as a guest in our webinars. Nearly everyone is complaining about recording feature too.
  • Turkish translations are very weak in Zoho Meeting, Needs an urgent update.
