Making sense of Zoho Mail - streams

While trying to enforce an "inbox zero policy" I'm trying to make sense of Zoho Mail - streams...


If multiple members are part of a group "support" or "sales"; wouldn't it make way more sense to have streams act as an imap inbox? Any handled and archived email would then not clutter the email of all the other members. Right now all other members have to check if this email has been handled (which is not that easy) then archive it themselves. Besides that, it ends up in their own inbox!!!! What logic am I missing here?
