Managing Categories

Hi,

I found out you can set a category to passwords. Apparently a defulat list is provided. One specifically stuck, the windows category. We have windows on our building for sure, bt don't need any password to be open ;) and only macs as computer.

I couldn't find a way to manage the existing category to fit our needs. How can I delet or renamed or add fields to existing categories ?
