Managing multiple applications in Zoho Creator
I have an application to manage some terms and definitions.
- Background - Here is the structure of the application.
- Base application where the entire use community has access and can contribute terms and definitions. – the app you developed. This is accessible from dg.culytics.com
- Then this base application is cloned/duplicated for specific groups, where only group members have access to it and they can manage the terms and definitions that are specific to them.
- Management of these applications
- Would like to know if there is a better way to manage the credit union applications as they are copy of the industry application. Basically, how to propagate the changes made to the base industry application to the credit union application in the most effective way, without remembering all the changes and then individually doing in each of the application.
- Also, is there a way to expose the base application terms and definitions to the credit union application, so that the users of credit union application can see the industry wide terms as well as their own custom terms. E.g. users logged to ksfcu.culytics.com should see the terms defined in dg.culytics.com as well as custom terms in ksfcu.culytics.com
