mark payment in zoho crm
We use Zoho books and have recently set up to integrate with zoho crm. We would like the crm to be the main access point to customer information for all of our sales reps.
Payment, usually 50% deposit is taken through a virtual terminal or POS in retail store then marked onto an invoice in books accordingly. Would like to be able to do this all in the crm.
Is this possible?
