We wish our campaigns to ascend and have the marketing efforts get paid off. At times, things turn haywire. Recipients unsubscribe from your emails and you may not know why. However, it's important to know to steer ahead in the right path. 





In Zoho Campaigns, you can configure the unsubscribe feedback page to know what's on the minds of the recipients who unsubscribed from your emails. Ask your contacts why they unsubscribe from your newsletters by showing them a simple poll. This will help you create your campaigns better in the future and also know the pulse of the audience. 


You can find default feedback listed, however you can also add your own options to let your recipients select from.
