Marketer's Space - Notification Settings - Campaign reports

Hi,

Have you ever thought how convenient it'd be if you received email notifications on your marketing activities? How about receiving email notifications about your sent campaigns and mailing lists at your preferred time? In this week's email series, we'll discuss how you can achieve this using Zoho Campaigns.

The Campaigns feature Notification Settings lets you set up notifications to receive reports of sent campaigns, a list of contacts who've signed up for mailing lists using signup forms, and the mailing lists that are deleted from your organization.

Let's explore campaign notification settings with a user scenario:

Patricia is the marketing head at Zylker, an online store. She has to generate monthly reports on the performance of all sent campaigns five days after they're sent. She uses these reports to analyze campaign performances and devise plans for the next month. Her organization sends out 10 to 12 campaigns in a month, and it's tedious for her to manually filter out and retrieve all the campaign reports.
She decides to configure campaign notification settings to fulfill her needs perfectly. 

Patricia's needs:
  • Get an email on the last Friday of every month at the preferred time.
  • Report of sent campaigns in first five days.

By setting up a campaign notification, she'll receive links for the corresponding campaign report page and the report PDF.
