Marketer's space: Signup Form - Identifying the signup form that is visited the most

In yesterday's post, we learned about identifying which device and operating system contacts used to sign up.

Today, we'll learn how to identify which signup form is visited the most.

The tracking code report tells you the number of visits a signup form has received. To identify which signup form is visited the most, you simply use this report and compare the performance of all your signup forms.

This will help you identify areas that generate more leads so you can position your signup forms strategically to get the best out of them.

How to configure the tracking code report

You can view the report either by clicking View Detailed Report in the Signup Forms page or by clicking the More icon next to the desired signup form and then clicking Reports

In the tracking code report section, click Customize Tracking Text and enter the text in the Tracking text pop-up. After adding the tracking text, you must generate the signup form code and embed it on the signup page.

Let's see how this works in a scenario

Howard, a marketing manager, wanted to promote his product and decided to use the paid promotion feature offered by various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others. After publishing his signup forms using those social media platforms, Howard saw a significant increase in signups and decided to find out which social media platform generated the most. He used the tracking code report to discover which generated the maximum number of signups. Howard stopped investing in the other sources and invested more in the source that generated the most signups.

Click here to learn more about the tracking code report.

In the next post, we'll learn about identifying contacts who enter through a specific signup form and performing actions like sending a welcome email.
