Marketing Hub & Campaigns: Add-on Emails, Leads, Limits and Much Confusion...

Marketing Hub & Campaigns: Add-on Emails, Leads, Limits and Much Confusion...

We are a Zoho partner selling a lot of Zoho One subscriptions. We tee up a lot of products but mainly Marketing Hub, Campaigns and CRM. Each of our clients have different needs. Many have larger lists that we need to use Hub to segment behaviorally and nurture through drip campaigns. Here's the problem:

A. You are not clear anywhere about these add-on costs. They are buried making for unwelcome surprises.
B. Your calculators are unclear. For example the calculator for Marketing Hub shows bulk email add ons -- but if I pay $60 a year for 5000 emails is that for 5000 email sends a month? or for just 5000 emails? And comparing Hub to Campaign add on prices while strategizing the best approach to meet customer needs is a real headache.

In order for my team to be able to strategize well for our clients -- and show them that Zoho is competitive with the likes of Constant Contact and Mail Chimp on a purely price level. AND in order for us to put the safest, smartest strategy together for our clients that does not impact Zoho's built in email limits,  we need answers to these questions:

1.  Marketing Hub -- When we buy lead add on packages does that mean we get unlimited emails?
2. Marketing Hub -- Does Hub throttle the total number of outgoing emails daily, weekly or monthly on accounts? If so what are the throttles so we don't run into problems? Knowing in advance is good.
3. Marketing Hub -- What are the costs for email upgrades -- especially for ZohoOne customers who are not buying the standalone application?
4. Marketing Hub -- How do you define a lead on Hub? If I migrate a client house list of 10,000 emails to Hub are they considered leads? (I want to segment those lists into journeys, then create new lists based on behaviors etc)
5. Campaigns -- I need to understand when it is better to use Campaigns. Please tell me the costs for bulk add ons
6. Campaigns -- what are the daily, weekly, monthly send limits on Campaigns.

Understanding the answers my team will be able to effectively execute programs for my clients, strategize the most cost effective way to accomplish what they require AND ensure we don't experience road blocks inside the Zoho system by respecting its limits.

Thank you
